 AUSVIET TOURS POLICY


I.             Deposit policy:

Unless otherwise indicated in a specific provision, in order to secure your bookings, you are required to pay a deposit of 30% (Note: bank fee is on your side) before we process your booking. Additional deposits are required for certain services, or at certain peak dates. Aus Viet Tours staff will advise you of this at the time of processing your booking. (Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions)

 II.           Payment Policy:

For security need, Ausviet Tours prefers your payment by the following methods:

1. Payment by Credit Card/ Visa Card with Authorization letter
Aus Viet Tours accept payments through Visa cards and Master Card. Please note that the credit card payment fee of 3% (Applied for Visa, MasterCard), 4% (Applied for American Express) will be paid by customers. Please follow the steps below to make the process of payment. When we receive information from the bank about the payment (deposit) having been completed, the accounting department of Aus Viet Tours will send you the confirmation via fax or email.

Step 1: Print out the Form of Authorization letter (download form) with terms & conditions and fill out all required information.

Step 2: Please enclose: one copy paper of the credit card (both side) and one copy of the passport (first page) with identify and photo.

Step 3: When you arrive in Vietnam, we will send you a Letter of Approval. You please sign it to confirm that payment has been made in step 1 and step 2.

2. Payment by Cash or Credit Card – (Applied if you are in Vietnam)
If you are in Vietnam, you can come to our office to settle the payment. Or our staff can come to your office or hotel to do the contract/ issue the travel ticket and collect the money from you. If you are not in Hanoi, you can send money by post/ bank transfer
* Except for cash payment; bank fees must be paid by customers for credit card (3.0 % of expenses)

3. Bank transfer
Bank transfer fee from outside to Vietnam is always very high. In case you need to make payment with Bank transfer, please contact us for more detail. Our email for customer service: info@ausviettours.com

4. Send money via Western Union or Money Gram:

III.          Amendments or Cancellation Policy 

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip with Ausviet Tours; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.

In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Ausviet Tours within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. All cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax.

 1. Hotel/ Resort Cancellation Policy

Booking hotel and resort on our web site is based on Pre-Payment Basis. We would require full prepayment upon confirmation of availability.

Should you have to cancel your reservation please keep us informed in writing either to email : info@ausviettours.com or by fax :(+84-4) 379 59204. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone. Cancellation must be reported to us, not to the hotel. The following scale of charges will be levied depending when the notification of cancellation is received. This is general policy except peak season and/or otherwise stated:

 If you cancel the reservation :
= More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : No cancellation charge, but 3 % credit card fees will be levied. 
= 45 days to 16 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge
If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.

= 15 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid

* If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, No cancellation charge, , but 3 % credit card fees will be levied. 

* If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.

* If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.

 2. Private tour cancellation policy :

Should you have to cancel your reservation please keep us informed in writing either to email: info@ausviettours.com or by fax :( +84-4) 379 59204. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be charged as follows:

More than 45 days before trip departure: No cancellation charge
Between 30 and 44 days before trip departure: 10% charge of total cost
Between 20 and 29 before trip departure: 25% charge of total cost
Between 7 and 19 days before trip departure: 50% charge of total cost
Between 2 and 6 days before trip departure: 90 % charge of total cost
With 24 hours /no show: 100% charge of total cost 

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

 3. MGTs Tours cancellation policy:

Should you have to cancel your reservation please keep us informed in writing either to email: info@ausviettours.com or by fax :(+84-4) 379 59204. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be charged as follows:

More than 60 days before trip departure: No cancellation charge
Between 43 and 59 days before trip departure: 10% charge of total cost
Between 30 and 44 days before trip departure: 25% charge of total cost
Between 16 and 29 days before trip departure: 50% charge of total cost 
Between 7 and 15 days before trip departure: 90% charge of total cost
Below 7 days before arrival or no show: 100% charge of total cost

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

 4. Filght/ Train cancellation policy:

Should you have to cancel your reservation please keep us informed in writing either to email : info@ausviettours.com or by fax :(+84-4) 379 59204. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

* No cancellation charge, but 3 % credit card fees will be levied
* Once the tickets are issued
Cancellation charge of 40% rate plus Bank Fee 3 % will be applied.
* None refundable if tickets are lost or torn off.  If cancellation is failed to make, full charge of your booking is applied.

 IV.          Refund Policy:

 Please find the Amendments or cancellation policy for the rates of refund.

 For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.
The refund will be made through bank transfer or credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.
