Overview: This tour takes us to visit the highlights in Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia within 15 days. We experience the tranquility and charm of Luang Prabang with its splendid natural scenery and cultural sights make it one of the most delightful places to visit in Laos. In Vietnam, we travel from North to South, cruise on traditional junk to discover the jungle clad islands of Ha Long Bay, the old city of Hanoi and the Imperial citadel in Hue, ancient town in Hoi An and crowded Ho Chi Minh city. In Cambodia, we visit the incredible temple complex of Angkor.

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Luang Prabang is perhaps the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. The tranquility and charm of this town with its splendid natural scenery and cultural sights make it one of the most delightful places to visit in Laos. After a short rest, we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai. We then ascent up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by the local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Today, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. We then embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside as well as explore the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims.  Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine. On return, we take a short drive to Ban Phanom, a small village known for its hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang

An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (ubiquitous sticky rice) from the faithful residents. This tradition is very unique in Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving the procession. From there you will visit the morning Phosi Market, where you will see such diverse offerings as dried buffalo skin, local tea and saltpeter among the chickens, vegetables and hill-tribe weavings. Laos is also known for its traditional crafts, and today you will visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, Hmong Village, Ban Ou, Laoloum Village and Ban Thapene, Khmu Village, then drive to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the turqoise pools or walk along the forest trails. After returning to Luang Prabang by late afternoon, we continue to Ban Xangkhong, a village well known for its silk weavings and for its Saa (jute) Papermaking. We return to the city by late evening to observe the sunset at Wat Siphouthabath. Overnight in Luang Prabang

After breakfast we visit The National Museum (close Tuesday) at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artefacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign, Also the Central Market is not to be missed. After visiting these sights in the morning, you have free time to explore the town and stroll around the shopping area. Transfer to the airport for flight to Hanoi. Meet and greet you at Noi Bai International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi. Free leisure time. Overnight in Hanoi

8.am: need car: you will have full-day tour of Ha Noi. You will visit the house on-stilts of Ho Chi Minh (this is where our uncle Ho spent the rest of his life) and the One Pillar Pagoda and the Litterature temple, the Museum of Ethnology.
PM: walking and cyclo
After lunch, pay visit to the Hoan Kiem lake with its Ngoc Son Temple. Continue to visit the Old Quarter of Ha Noi by cyclo. Enjoy a kind of traditional Vietnamese stage-art: puppet show.

After breakfast, transfering to Halong Bay, which will take about 3 hours. Arrive Halong bay you will board to cruise around Halong bay and soak in the misty atmosphere of this world heritage site. Halong bay is a breathtaking secluded bay with over 3,000 limestone islands rising from the clear emerald waters of the Bac Bo gulf. It is one of the most magnificent scenic regions in Vietnam and has been referred to as the 8th Wonder of the World. The area of about 1500sq km is dotted with innumerable beaches and grottoes, created over thousands of year by the waves and wind. You will have the opportunity to swim from your boat and explore some caves. You will enjoy a seafood feast for lunch on board. We will continue our excursion around this stunning bay until the sun comes down. Overnight on boat

Cruise around the islands, relaxing and swimming before returning to Hanoi.

Hue Heritage site is known as the last feudal time in Vietnam whose remainder depicts the glory of Nguyen dynasty in the most authentic way.

Day 8: Hue- Danang- Hoi An (B)
Have breakfast in Hue before spend your half day to enjoy a pleasant boat trip upstream Huong river will lead you to Thien Mu pagoda before return to Forbidden Purple city. Then continue your trip to Hue via Hai Van pass, the best sightseeing point to behold panorama of ocean and shores. As we arrive in the coastal city of Danang, take a short visit to Cham Museum where displays relics of Champa Kingdom.

From the port town of Danang we drive the short distance south past famous China Beach onto the enchanting town of Hoi An.  Known to early Western merchants, Hoi An was one of the major trading centers of Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Hoi An has a distinctive Chinese atmosphere with low, tiled-roof houses and narrow streets; the original structure of some of these streets is still virtually intact. Many of the houses were constructed of rare timbers and decorated with lacquer panels engraved with Chinese characters and pillars carved with ornamental designs.  We take a walking tour to discover Hoi An, the UNESCO World Heritage listed Ancient town, visiting 300 year old Tan Ky and Phuc Kien houses, the Japanese Covered Bridge and Hoi An market.
We soak up the atmosphere of these narrow streets, lane ways and friendly atmosphere. Overnight in Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi an.

Relax on the beach or by the resort pool or perhaps rent a bicycle to ride into Hoi An to explore the picturesque centre of town. Overnight in Hoi An.  

Day 10: Hoi An- Danang- Ho Chi Minh (B)
Free leisure time until transfer to airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh. Free leisure time. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh- Cu Chi Tunnel (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, drive to Cu Chi district (150 km from HCMC) to visit the amazing complex of underground tunnels at Cu Chi. There are more than 200 km of underground tunnels, comprising a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels.  You have the chance to crawl through this amazing system of tunnels before returning to Saigon for Lunch.
Afternoon orientation by foot from the Saigon River past the Opera House, Town Hall & Notre Dame Cathedral.  Visit Reunification Palace (museum) and the famous Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer from hotel to airport. Flight to Seamreap.
Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel check in. The same afternoon, drive to Choueng Kneas village, where you will take the boat to visit the way of life Cambodian poor people along with schools, restaurants, hospitals and much more floating on the great lake of Tonle Sap. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 13: Siemreap (B)
Breakfast at the hotel - Breakfast at hotel, Heading out of town we make our way by traveling on a newly paved road to the intricately carved and well preserved temple of Banteay Srei. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark village and we follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends. Afternoon, we explore the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature. We also explore the grand circuit with Preah Khan, Kravan, Neak Pean, Krol Ko, Ta Som, East Mebon and Pre Rup Temples where we will view the sunset for the end of the day. Overnight in Siem Reap

An early bird special: Transfer to Angkor for sunrise earlier in the morning. Return for breakfast at the hotel. Continue your visit to the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with Colums, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. Early evening, you will be taken by Tuk Tuk, a small open-sided taxi common in Cambodia, to cruise around the suburb of Siem Reap town and for a blessing ceremony by Buddhist monks for happiness, prosperity and safety for your journey.
